Delete your data

You can remove your data from RankBiz at any time.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to RankBiz.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Danger zone.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account, business data, connected-account tokens and content are deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices) are retained only as long as required.

Option 2 — Ask us by email

Email [email protected] from the email or phone number linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Remove access to connected accounts

Google: in RankBiz go to Settings → Connections → Disconnect, or remove RankBiz at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Facebook / Instagram: in RankBiz go to Settings → Connections → Disconnect, or in Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove RankBiz.

WhatsApp: disconnect your number in RankBiz → WhatsApp → Settings.

When access is removed, we stop collecting data from that account and delete the stored access tokens. Data already imported is deleted when you delete your account or when you ask us to.

Facebook data deletion requests

If you removed RankBiz from Facebook and want your Facebook data deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Facebook data deletion". We will confirm by email with a reference code once deletion is complete.
