Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RankBiz ("RankBiz", "we", "us"), a product of Digigrowth IT Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed and operated technically by Avenirya Solutions, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the RankBiz website at rankbiz.app and the RankBiz application (together, the "Service"). RankBiz helps local businesses manage their Google Business Profile, reviews, social media posts, WhatsApp messaging, leads and websites.

1. Information we collect
a) Information you give us
- Account details: your name, phone number, email address and language preference.
- Business details: business name, category, address or service area, phone number, website, opening hours, logo, brand colours and other information you enter.
- Content: posts, replies, images, templates, website content and messages you create or approve in the Service.
- Customer and lead data: contact details of your customers that you add or that arrive through your connected channels (for example website enquiries or WhatsApp messages). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share this data with us.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details.
b) Information from services you connect
When you choose to connect a third-party account, we receive only the data needed for the features you use:
- Google (Sign-in and Google Business Profile): your basic profile (name, email) and, for the Business Profile locations you choose to connect, location information, reviews, posts, photos and performance metrics (such as views, calls and direction requests).
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business): page and account information, posts, comments and insights for the pages and accounts you connect, and WhatsApp messages and delivery statuses for your business number.
c) Information collected automatically
Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and essential cookies needed for sign-in and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the application.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: show your profile health, reviews and insights; draft replies, posts and profile improvements; publish content you approve; send messages you approve.
- To generate AI suggestions (text and images) on your behalf, which you review before anything is published.
- To provide support, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and comply with law.
- To process payments and send service notices (for example billing and security alerts).
We never publish, post, reply or change anything on your connected accounts without your explicit approval in the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Google user data — Limited Use disclosure
RankBiz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data we receive from Google APIs (including the Google Business Profile APIs and the business.manage scope):
- is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of RankBiz that you use (managing your Business Profile, reviews, posts, photos and insights);
- is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice;
- is not used for serving advertisements, and is not sold;
- is not read by humans unless you give us permission (for example for support), it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations;
- is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
You can revoke RankBiz's access to your Google account at any time from Google Account → Third-party connections or by disconnecting Google inside RankBiz.
4. Service providers we share data with
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you disconnect an account, we stop collecting data from it. If you delete your RankBiz account, we delete or anonymise your personal data and connected-account data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example invoices) by law.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypt access tokens for connected accounts at rest, apply access controls and audit logging, and limit staff access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. You can do most of this in the app (Settings → Account), or email [email protected]. See Data deletion for step-by-step instructions.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
