Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of RankBiz (the "Service"), provided by Digigrowth IT Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business.
1. The Service
RankBiz provides tools to manage a local business's online presence, including Google Business Profile management, reviews, social media posts, WhatsApp messaging, leads, websites and AI-generated suggestions. Features depend on your plan.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- Only connect accounts and Business Profiles you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your approval and your content
RankBiz drafts content and changes, but nothing is published to your connected accounts without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions and for the content you approve. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to process it only to provide the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- post false, misleading, illegal, hateful or infringing content, or fake reviews;
- offer incentives for reviews or selectively ask only happy customers for reviews where platform rules forbid it;
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or break WhatsApp, Google or Meta policies;
- interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or reverse engineer it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or platform policies.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service works with Google, Meta and other platforms. Their terms also apply, and they may change, limit or review your content (for example Google may hold profile edits for review). We are not responsible for decisions made by those platforms.
6. Plans, payments and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices and taxes are shown before you pay.
- Auto-pay is optional. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Usage-based items (such as WhatsApp messages or extra AI credits) are charged as shown in the app.
7. AI features
AI output can be inaccurate. Check facts, prices, offers and claims before approving. We do not guarantee rankings, reviews, sales or any particular result.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RankBiz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim locally.
